 01. What is an ebook?The term ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC, laptop or palm device.
They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word, although we ONLY sell ebooks in PDF format which can be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader. 02. Do I need any special software to read an ebook? All ebooks sold on this website come in PDF format.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 or above. Most computers have Acrobat already installed.
If you have got an earlier version of Acrobat Reader and cannot open your ebook, then you may need to get a free upgrade from Adobe
You will also need file extracting software such as Zip 995 or Winzip to unpack your purchase from the compressed ZIP folder that your purchase will arrive in.
If you run Windows XP, your computer will have its own unzipping programme where you simply double-click on it and click on Extract. 03. What is a PHP Script? A PHP script is either an advanced dynamic website that is powered by a database or a database driven programme that is used on a PHP website.
PHP is a web scripting language that is more advanced than normal HTML, which can create a more versatile and dynamic website. 04. Do I need any special software to use a PHP script? No, not really. You can edit the code of a PHP script with a simple text editor such as Windows Notepad.
You WILL, however, have to assign Windows Notepad to open PHP files. You do this by right-clicking on the PHP file, selecting Open With, then choosing Windows Notepad from the list of programmes. What you WILL need to use a PHP script or website is a domain name and a web hosting account with a Linux/Unix web server to run the web script on the internet.
To upload the files of your php script/turnkey website, you will need an FTP programme. We recommend WS_FTP as it is the best and the easiest to use.
You will also need file extracting software such as Zip 995 or Winzip to unpack your purchase from the compressed ZIP folder that your purchase will arrive in.

If paying by PayPal, as soon as you make your payment, click on Return To Merchant. You will then receive an INSTANT automated email (sent to your registered PayPal email address) with a login link and a password for you to download your purchase.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder, just in case it has fallen into it.
We are finding that Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail email addresses are BLOCKING our automated emails, thanks to their new spam software that doesn't work. Try to AVOID using Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail email addresses because you may not get the automated email.
If you do not receive the automated email within a few hours of purchase, and if it is not in your spam/junk folder, contact us and we will email you an alternative download link.
If you pay via ClickBank, as soon as you make your payment, you will be led to a download page where you can download your purchase.
Contact us if you are not led to a download page or if you have trouble downloading your purchase. 07. I just paid by PayPal and didn't receive the automated email with the download link! You should have been instantly sent an automated email (to your registered PayPal email address), containing a password and a login link to enable you to download your purchase.
If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder, just in case it fell into it. If it is not there and you do not receive it within a few hours, contact us and we will email you an alternative download link. 08. I cannot open my purchase. What shall I do? Your download will be delivered in compressed ZIP format.
